The turnaround time of your order will depend on factors such as how many garments you require, and what type of personalisation is required. We aim to process your order within 10 working days, but will give a better estimate when you place your order.

You are more than welcome to supply your own garments, but we cannot accept any responsibility for any mishaps or accidents that can happen. It usually works out cheaper to purchase garments from us than to supply your own and have us personalise them.

Before we Print or Embroider onto any clothing, we will send a confirmation of how the design will look with any text and numbers needing to be confirmed. There will also be a mock up of how it will look and the locations it will be on the garment.

We are able to Embroider and Print onto a wide variety of clothing and promotional goods. We are more than happy to talk through options and advise what we think would look best before you place your order.

There is a one off charge of £15+VAT to have your Logo Digitised. Digitising is taking a bitmap or vector and having it converted into a stitch format recognised by the Embroidery Machine. Once ordered we will keep it stored so your logo will look the same every time.

You are able to collect your Order from our warehouse in Woolavington, free of charge.

We offer a free local delivery service, within a 5 mile radius, free of charge.

Otherwise, standard delivery is charged at £4.95. We offer free delivery on orders over £100.
