At Coombe Clothing, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. This policy explains our approach to returns, refunds, and shipping in line with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Custom Clothing Policy

• All products are made-to-order and personalised for each customer.
• Due to their bespoke nature, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items ordered in the wrong size, colour, or design by the customer.
• Customers are encouraged to review sizing charts, design proofs, and order details carefully before purchasing.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If a garment arrives faulty, damaged, or with a printing error caused by us, we will offer a replacement or refund.
• Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• Clear photographic evidence of the fault will be required.

4. Returns Process for Approved Claims

1. Contact us at info@coombeclothing.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue.
2. If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item (if required) or confirm a replacement.
3. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

5. Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed within 7 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping times vary based on destination and method selected at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, or events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, severe weather).
• If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us promptly with photographic evidence (if applicable).
