Risk of loss transfers to the Customer once Products are handed to the shipping carrier.

1.5 Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our Products, returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.

Cancellations may be possible only if production has not begun and may incur a fee.
